The place is modern, the staff are very helpful.
Make sure to get twin room with a bottle of free water, wi-fi etc and cookies. There is an electric kettle and fridges. Excellent location close enough to Close to park, and Jose Regio, it's very central. The place to have lunch just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel is Masala'z Indian Takeaway...

The location was ideal for exploring the charming old town area. The breakfast spread was mind-blowing, featuring mouthwatering Portuguese specialties like pasteis-de-nata and bolo de arroz. The car park right next to the entrance was convenient. The staff went above and beyond, personally escorting us to our room with a plate of delicious cookies. The room had a lovely terrace, and all the amenities like air-con and Wi-Fi were top-notch. The city's central location allowed for easy access to shops and restaurants. The hotel's themed decor based on a famous poet created a unique and welcoming ambiance. The bathroom's massage shower was a jaw-dropping treat. The rooms at Hotel Jose Regio are amazing! They have everything you need, like a desk, fridge, and flat-screen TV. The balcony is a nice touch too. It just feels so cozy and comfortable, perfect for budget travelers like me.
Personally, I'm not a fan of the hydromassage showerheads in the bathrooms. But hey, that's just my preference.

I chose this hotel for attending a networking event as it provides excellent conference space and a meeting room. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained and modern, making it a comfortable and functional space for work purposes. The complimentary wired Internet access and 24-hour business center were useful for staying connected and productive during my stay.
One service that I missed for my work was the availability of a dedicated printer or photocopying service. While the hotel had great amenities for business meetings and events, having access to a printer or photocopy machine on-site would have been convenient for printing important documents or making copies for the event.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they were always happy to provide recommendations for local attractions and dining options. We also appreciated the complimentary cookies and kettle in the room, which were a nice touch. the location was ideal for exploring the city, with several key attractions and restaurants within easy walking distance.
The parking situation was a bit inconvenient, as the hotel only had a limited number of spots available and there was often competition for them. there were plenty of metered spots nearby that were reasonably priced.
